Studies have shown that when a values based approach is taken in the recruitment process that not only is there an increase in team harmony - assisting with greater mental health,  there is an increase in diversity & inclusion. Studies have also shown that blind hiring can have a direct positive effect on increasing in diversity & inclusion.  Further more studies have shown that unconscious human bias is a common contributing element to not achieving the above three core values. AI can potentially alleviate this unconscious human bias and Simply™ Group is in the process of developing an AI model to match employers and job seekers on values.

Simply™  has made a commitment to a team wellness program. 

No Business Class - Stay a Day program:

Analysis suggests that the carbon footprint of business class is roughly 50% higher than economy class which is concerning. However the wellness and mental health of our team members is important. Simply™' Group's no business class - stay a day program' tries to get this balance right where all business travel is defaulted to economy class however Simply™ Group will pay for a days accommodation and relaxation where appropriate to assist wellness and recovery. 

Remote teams / low office footprint: 

Buildings and their construction can account for as much as 36 per cent of global energy consumption and the daily commute is a significant contributor to emissions and congestion.  Simply™ 's remote teams / low office footprint is designed to reduce our carbon footprint while contributing to team wellness.
